1. The decision of New Chaya Stores online team is final in matters of return,exchange and refund. However we promise our customers that we will leave no stone unturned to provide them a happy and satisfying shopping experience. 
2. The customer is requested to get in touch with the New Chaya Stores online team via email,phone or whatsapp within 10 days of delivery of the item. 
3. In case of a customer willing to exchange the item and New Chaya Stores agreeing to the customer's request we can send you another product of the same or greater value. The customer needs to pay the difference in case the item is of greater value. 
4. In the rare event of the customer receiving a defective product the customer is requested to contact New Chaya Stores online team via email, phone or whatsapp within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer is requested to send a picture of the defective area of the product along with the complaint. We can send another piece of the same item if available or the customer can also exchange the item with another merchandise of their choice of same or greater value. In case the customer opts for a refund then we will arrange for a courier pick up  and upon receiving the item a full refund will be processed in 7 to 10 business days.
5. Customers are requested not to send back any item without consulting with the New Chaya Stores online team first.
6. We as an institution of more than 65 years of heritage and  tradition bring to our customers unique and exclusive products. In case if the item purchased is sold out or out of stock then the customer has the option to choose any alternate product or they can request for a refund which will be processed in 7 to 10 business days without any deductions.
7. If New Chaya Stores online accepts your refund request then the refund amount of the product will be credited after deduction of courier pick up cost.
8. New Chaya Stores will not be liable for any defects in the products post usage.
